Created as an extension of Ally Bay’s wellbeing philosophy, RESET LOOP™ combines sensory grounding practices, calming repetitive motion, and intentional scent engagement to encourage moments to Pause, Breathe, and Reset.

Originally inspired by Ally Bay’s aromatherapy wellness blends and daily grounding routines, the project evolved into a community wellbeing initiative supporting students, parents, teachers, and the wider community through calming experiences and wellbeing workshops.

Designed to encourage calmness, focus, emotional awareness, resilience, and healthier everyday wellbeing.

Developed with guidance from trained wellbeing and NLP practitioners.

A simple mindful tool created for students, parents, teachers, and individuals seeking moments to pause, reset, and refocus throughout everyday life.
