DIRECTIONS TO USE:

Apply the roller gently to pulse points such as the wrists, temples, forehead, behind the ears, and the back of the neck. Massage in small circular motions to aid absorption. For an enhanced aromatherapy experience, roll onto the palms, rub hands together to warm the oil, then cup over the nose and inhale deeply to encourage relaxation. Use as needed, anytime you desire a moment of calm and relief.

CAUTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if skin irritation/sensitivity occurs. If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care, consult your physician.
